About

My name is Rachael and I am a Complementary Therapist based at The Green Space – 125 New Road, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth. WD3 3EN (above The Green Stores and Fitwell Studios).

I studied with MSCM (Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine) and through them gained ITEC qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology and Reflexology. I am a fully insured member of both the CThA (Complementary Therapist Holistic Association) and the AOR (Association of Reflexologists).

I grew up around many complementary therapies, and I have always particularly enjoyed receiving Reflexology. After having my son, I was looking for an extra flexible income that I could integrate into my life, which led me to revisit this unique therapy from a new perspective. As my knowledge and experience deepened and grew, I became more intrigued by this therapy and its many benefits, which led me to start up Reflexology with Rachael; a mobile therapy business which brings a sanctuary of inner calm to your door. More recently, I have started working from The Green Space (details above). Please contact me for more information.

I have deepened my knowledge of Reflexology through many additional courses; Facial Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Aromatic Reflexology, Reflexology for Digestive Health, Reflexology supporting Menopause and Reflexology supporting Mental Health Wellbeing.

I have also studied Thai Foot Massage, which over time evolved so that I now also offer a fusion of the Reflexology and Thai Foot Massage. This offers a deeper pressure and a more exotic feeling to the therapy. I now also offer Indian Head Massage, which is an amazingly versatile therapy, as it can be performed anywhere, as long as you have a chair. I had always loved to receive this therapy, but I loved learning it even more than I thought I would.

I always enjoy furthering and deepening my knowledge.

In addition to my private clients, I also work with Hillingdon Brain Tumour and Injury Group (HBTIG), giving complementary therapy treatments to the clients, their loved ones, and the support workers. I have found this experience so incredibly rewarding and I have met some truly wonderful people. Complementary therapy is gentle, holistic and releasing;  it helps enable people to have some much needed respite and relaxation.
