Reflexology is a wonderful one off experience, but is most beneficial as a course of treatments. All treatments are bespoke and tailored to you; whether you need someone just to listen, have quiet time and space, need help with general stress management, support with mindfulness, nervous system regulation or general lifestyle advice. During our sessions we will work closely together, creating treatments to support you, drawing from many different modalities, as listed below.

  • Foot Reflexology – 60 minutes – £60
  • Facial Reflexology – 60 minutes – £60
  • Hand Reflexology – 60 minutes – £60
  • Deluxe Indian Head Massage – 60 minutes – £60
  • Reflexology / Thai Foot Massage Fusion – 60 minutes – £60
  • Hot Stone Reflexology – 60 minutes – £75
  • Aromatic Reflexology – 75 minutes – £75
  • 90 minute session – £90
  • 120 minute session – £120

Your first session will take a little longer, as I will take some time to talk through your general health and lifestyle before we start your treatment.

Limited mobile appointments are available at an additional cost:

  • £5 up to 5 miles from Croxley Green
  • £10 up to 10 miles from Croxley Green
  • For over 10 miles, please get in touch with me for a quote.
